Where we ship

We ship within India only. We do not currently accept international orders.

Order processing

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within [DISPATCH DAYS] business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link when it is dispatched.

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to weather, courier disruption, regional restrictions or peak festival volumes, and are outside our control.

Shipping charges

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch. If it does not update for more than 48 hours, email customercare@theiaorganics.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Packaging

Every jar is induction-sealed and shipped in protective outer packaging. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it where possible, and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Undelivered and returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available after multiple delivery attempts, or delivery was refused, we will contact you. Re-dispatch will be charged at actual shipping cost.

Serviceable locations

Some PIN codes are not serviceable by our courier partners. You can check serviceability at checkout. If we are unable to deliver to your address after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
