Consult a doctor before use if you

Children
Our Golden Milk Blend and Moringa Greens & Seeds Blend are foods suitable for general family use. Serving sizes on the pack are set for adults — reduce accordingly for children, and introduce any new food gradually.
Our Ashwagandha Cocoa Blend is not recommended for children under 18. Ashwagandha is a traditional herb whose effects in children have not been well studied. Please do not give it to a child without first consulting a paediatrician.
As with any food, consult a doctor before giving our products to a child who has a medical condition, is taking medication, or has known allergies.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed and use a clean, dry spoon. Products containing seeds or cocoa may clump naturally in humid conditions — this does not indicate spoilage. Do not consume a product that smells rancid or shows any sign of mould.
