Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or using this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Our products
We sell food products. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Disclaimer before purchasing.
- Product images are for illustration. Colour and appearance may vary slightly between batches, as our products are made from natural agricultural ingredients.
- Ingredient composition may change from time to time. Always read the label on the pack you receive — it is the authoritative source.
- Nutritional values are typical averages and may vary within permitted tolerances.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We may change prices at any time. The price displayed when you place your order is the price you pay.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not collect, see or store your card, UPI or bank details at any point.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
- Payment must be completed before dispatch, except for cash-on-delivery orders where offered.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where:
- The product is out of stock
- We are unable to deliver to your address
- Payment fails or is flagged for verification
- There is a pricing or listing error
- We suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised resale
If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Intellectual property
The Theia Organics name, logo, packaging design, photographs, text and website content are our property. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content systematically, resell our products without authorisation, or post false or unlawful content.
Reviews and submissions
If you post a review or send us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
